In this tutorial we shall learn how to set home page in IE-9.
Step 1:
Enter your desired URL in address bar or open the link in Internet Explorer 9. Click on Gear shaped icon, located at right top of your screen. On clicking this option, a drop down menu appears on your screen, in this drop down menu click on “Internet Option”.
Step 2:
On clicking this option, a new window will appear on your screen. In this window click on “General” tab. In this general tab window, we can notice a category labeled as “Home page”.
In this category we can notice four main fields, text field, Use current, Use default and Use blank. In this text field enter your desired URL and click on OK button.
Use current: If you have opened your favorite link the click on this button, to set it as your home page.
Use default: If you want to default URL to be as your home page, then click on this button and click on OK button.
Use blank: On choosing this option, a blank page will be set as your home page.
