- Setting up SIM card lock is very simple and easy: Go to SETTINGS on your phone then select LOCATION and SECURITY just scroll down and you will be able to see an option to Set up SIM card lock now tap on lock SIM where you can enter the PIN of your choice, and make sure that you try this out within 3 attempts of PIN and once you done with a PIN entered you SIM is secured and it is mandatory to enter so that you can access the SIM.
NOTE: The above feature can be used only to activate or deactivate the SIM lock option to require the Pin only before using the device.
