In previous tutorial about SeaMonkey browser we have learn t “how to export bookmarks”. These exported bookmarks will be in HTML format, so it can be imported to any browser. Similarly bookmarks exported from other browsers can be imported to SeaMonkey browser. In this article we shall learn how to import bookmarks from SeaMonkey browser.
Step 1:
Open your SeaMonkey Browser.
Step 2:
Now click on Bookmark tab in Menu bar. On clicking this, a drop down menu appears on your screen.
In this drop down menu click on Manage Bookmarks or type ctrl + B.
Step 3:
On performing any one of the action, a new window will appear on your screen. In this window click on Tools tab in Menu bar.
On clicking this tab, a drop down menu appears on your screen. In this drop down menu click on Import tab.
Step 4:
On clicking this tab, a new window will appear on your screen. In this window click on radio button labeled as File and click on Next button.
Step 5:
On clicking this button, a new window will appear on your screen. In this screen browser for the exported bookmark (HTML format) file.
After getting the file double click on the file or single click on the file and again click on Open button.
Step 6:
On clicking this, bookmarks will be imported to the SeaMonkey browser. We can observe a extra category in Bookmark Manager window.
