You can also go through by step.
Step 1
Let’s start by creating a new document size of Width 1250px Height 800px resolution 300dpi fill the Background with Black Color, now create grab the Vertical Type Tool and type your text on the canvas (I used font as ‘Arial Black’, color White) type the text use 3 different size as shown below.
Here make a 3 separate group of all the 3 text as shown (it’ll be easy to maintain), then make a few copy of all the 3 text and place it all around canvas.
Your canvas should look like this.
Step 2
Select all the layers of the Medium group and go to Layer => Rasterize => Type and again go to layer => Merge Layers do the same thing to remaining two groups, then set the following layer style as shown for each group.
*(Medium) Outer Glow
*(Small) Outer Glow
*(Large) Outer Glow
Your Layer Palette and image looks like this.
Step 4
Now select all the groups and group then make a copy of that group change the Blending Mode to ‘Exclusion’, here create a new layer and fill with any color and go to Layer => Layer Style => Gradient Overlay and set the following setting of it (reduce the fill t 0%)
*Gradient Overlay
Step 5
Here create a new layer grab the Hard Round Brush Tool with White Color and make dots by playing with size or you can use Dynamic Brush palette then apply Gaussian Blur around 6.5px and set the fill to 45%.
Step 6
Now again create a new layer grab the Rectangular Marquee Tool and make a selection as shown then fill the selection with default Gradient settings and apply Inner Shadow. (Set the Fill to 35%)
*Inner Shadow
So far your image looks something like this.
Step 7
