Here today’s Photoshop Tutorial I’ll teach you a simple way of creating Hanging Text

You can also go through by steps
Step 1
Let’s start up by creating a new document size of 1300 x 900px resolution 300dpi then fill the background with Redial Gradient Mode set the Foreground ‘818181’ and Background to ‘000000’ then drag from middle to right side of the canvas.
Step 2
Now grab the Horizontal Type Tool and type your text on the canvas (make sure that you have typed every single word separately) I used font as ‘Eras Bold ITC’, size 12px and color White, then use the move Tool to arrange as u like and rotate it randomly (Apply Motion Blur to some text) This what I came up with
Step 3
Here select any single word and go to Layer => Layer Style => Bevel and Emboss then set the following settings of it as demonstrated below.
*Bevel and Emboss
Select the layers which you applied bevel and emboss then right click on it choose copy layer style and past it to remaining text layer, this is how your image looks after applying.
Step 4
Now apply the Drop Shadow for ever single word with different settings.
Step 5
Here we going to creating rope for it, grab the Hard Brush and go to Dynamic Brush Palette then set the following settings of it.
*Brush Tip Shape
Next grab the Pen Tool with Paths Mode and make a path as demonstrated below then right click on the canvas choose Stroke path next set the Tool to Brush hit ok.

Step 6
In the same way create to all and apply Motion Blur to rope which you applied earlier for word. Your image looks like this
