Final Result
Step 1
Create a new document size of 600 x 500px resolution 72dpi then use the Paint Bucket Tool to fill up the Background with Light Grey (3a3a3a) now create a new layer grab the Rounded Rectangular Tool with Fill Pixel type color White and Radius 12px then place it on the middle of the canvas. Here once you’re done with Shape go to Layer => Layer Style and set the following Style as demonstrated below.
*Inner Shadow
*Outer Glow (9c9c9c)
*Inner Glow
*Bevel and Emboss
*Gradient Overlay (ababab) (d9d9d9)
And now your image should look something similar to this.
