Here in this quick Photoshop tutorial you’ll learn how to create a vista style button in a few simple ways.
Preview of Final Image
Step 1
Create a new document size of 600 x 500px resolution 100dpi and use the Bucket Tool to Fill up the Background with White Color, here grab the Rectangular Marquee Tool and make a selection as shown below, once you’re done with it go to Select => Modify => Smooth and set the Radius to 15px.
Step 2
Now create a new layer and fill the selection with any color because any way we’re going to change it next, once you filled deselect the selection by pressing Ctrl + D on the keyboard then right click on the newly created layer choose Blending Option and apply the following Layer Style as shown below.
*Drop Shadow
*Outer Glow (feebb2)
*Inner Glow (2bbbe5)
*Bevel and Emboss
*Gradient Overlay (00526a) (00526a) (0e98c0) (5fd6f9)
*Stroke (6f6f6f)
Now your image should look similar to this.
Step 3
Here add to text to complete the button, I use White color, font as “Arial Rounded MT Bold” then added some Drop Shadow and inner glow to it.
That’s it for this tutorial, thanks for reading…
