You can also go through by steps
Step: 1
Create a fresh document size of 900 x 300px resolutions 300dpi then fill the back with gradient here grab the Rounded Rectangular Tool with Fill Pixel Type Radius around 10px and make a rectangular shape on the canvas (Hold Shift Key to get Perfect Rectangular Shape)
Step: 2
Now right click on the shape layer choose Blending Option and set the following Layer Style shown below.
*Drop Shadow
*Outer Glow (ff0000)
*Gradient Overlay (000000) (393939)
Step: 3
Here by holding Ctrl Key click on the Thumbnail of the shape layer so now you’ll be having a selection around it then grab the Elliptical Marquee Tool with Intersect with selection type and make a selection on top right of it, after intersecting you’ll get something like this.
Fill the selection with White Color and reduce the layer opacity to 5%.
Step: 4
Select the both the layers and group it then make a copy of the group go to its Layer Style => Outer Glow and change the settings as shown below.
*Outer Glow (00c0ff)
Place it as shown below.
Step: 5
Again make a few more copy of one which you change the layer settings and place as shown, then add text to it and add inner shadow for the text (I used Font as ‘Arial Black’)
