1) Click on Start Orb and then click on Help and Support.

2)  On the bottom of the “Help and Support” page, click on “More Support Options” and then click on “Windows Remote Assistance” link.

3) When the “Windows Remote Assistance” window opens, you will get two options: “Invite someone you trust to help you” and “Help someone who has invited you”.

4) If you want the help from your friend or relative to fix your problem, then click on the first option. Then, in “How do you want to invite your trusted helper?” window, select any one of the option (whichever is easy for you) given in that page.

NOTE: When you send the invitation, you will get one “connection password” which you need to keep it safe and need to send it your helper. Without the password, your helper can’t connect to your system.

5) If you want to help others and you have got the invitation to help them, then select second option in the “Windows Remote Assistance” window.

6) Here, you will get two options: “Use an invitation file” and “Use Easy Connect”. Choose the first option if you have got the invitation from any one who needs your help. Or choose the second option if other user can also use the Easy Connect.

Once both the users are connected, then you both can see same desktop and also can chat each other using chat window for communicating.
