the first time i saw the phone i loved it right away so i decided to try a line contract and i got thru. the salesman said that i cannot exchange the phone unless it is faulty. but my second day of my phone it was faulty and up to now i changed the phone twice bcoz it was faulty. i went to the shop that i am not happy with this phone bcoz its faulty all the time. i havemy phone only one month. is it possible to change a new handset but the contract is the same. otherwise i will keep phoning orange and kept changing phone. i am not happy i think i will cancell it but not to pay anything and get an i phone instead.

I had a play with a TG01 today – firstly it’s absolutely mahoosive, what it lacks in thickness it more than makes up in the other dimensions, shocking.

The underlying WinMo interface is all too easily exposed and as other posters have pointed out it’s horribly laggy.

    Shame.

    Hi
I went to my local orange shop to sign up for the TG01, as reading the spec I thought this was going to be the phone for me!
The sales person did not have a clue how to turn the phone on then found out she had the battery in upside down.
Well I have found other phones unresponsive, but the TG01 takes first prize, scrolling up through menus was fine but scrolling accross the page was unresponsive, tokk several attempts to get it to work, whilst trying to scroll accross just kept opening different applications instaed of scrolling.
Very disappointing as now I think I have to go for the Iphone instead
