There are many of us who use their gmail accounts as the primary one and are always in search of hacks that may convert us to super users.

Well here are the top 6 Gmail Hacks:

1. Missing out the dots: Try entering the user account without the dots as you generally do. And enter your password. You can use this hack to filter the emails.

2. Whenever you log on to a shopping website or any other website that is most klikely to send you spasm than try this method to alter that. Just create an alias email, for that you have to put a + sign after the account name and add words. E.g – raj+dutta007@gmail.com. This would help you to know whether the website is sending all the crap to your account or not then you can go ahead and check te mails sent to that id and identify them and filter the emails to trash.

3. Using Gmail offline: you would be a Mozilla Firefox browser, go the labs and to the settings on Gmail account, enable Gmail offline and save the changes. Click on the offline link on the upper right hand corner of the account to activate the settings.

4. Undo the recently sent email from account. This is the latest development of the Gmail labs. Check this on our blog.

5. Sending exe files or DLL files via Gmail: for this you would need a Dropsend utility and you can send only five of such files for free from your Gmail account.

6. Block a sender on Gmail: At the top of the Gmail mailbox you can find Create a filter link.
