Indian people are not as cheap as observed by Sun Direct. They wouldn’t fall under the Sundirect cheap tactics, saying 5 month subscription for just 499/-. One can came to know later, that he has to pay additional 1250/- (currently) for installation charges.
After all this is competitive price, but while compered to other services, Sun Direct service is cheap in Customer Care also.
In one line, All other Service providers are like 70 MM A/C theater where as SunDirect is old Village type dabba theatre..

Don’t expect any thing from these DTH companies, they are the true business men who are only so much of worried to expand they are business in less customer benefit scheme. They know very well how to exploit the new subscribers once capture them in the market. As far as Odisha is concerned, we have no such type of regional channels like, Z-Odia, Star-Odia, & Sahara-Odia etc. Only the new Odia tv channels like, Tarang Tv, Tarang Music, Josh Tv, Naxatra News, Kamyab Tv, Kanak tv and Satya tv etc. have no such type of reputed company brand which will attract to these DTH companies for DTH connection. Therefore these DTH companies are maintaining so much of monopoly in the market in case of price, number of tv channels, customers care & demand, regional tv channels and validity etc. So it is better to avoid new DTH connection and subsequently take local cable connection.

I am using Sun Dish sinced last one year. My one year free connection expires next month. I did not recieved receipt for my payment. I know my 16 digit connection Number. don’t knowe my code. Please let me know how I can get code numbet

sun direct rates are so costly that one can get far more no of channels in cable than sun direct itis a waste of money to go in for dth in india when the cable walla gives so many channels for less one can get most of channels in telugu , tamil and other packages in sun direct from cable for lesser rate

Do not buy sun direct it gives old movies for 25 rs in movie on demand in telugu.

movies that are already shown many times on tv are given for 25 Rs ONLY! very limited channels for 440 ONLY! why so stingy?
