Pioneering the Google Chrome OS

Google had launched its Google Chrome Browser just before 9 months and now, it is introducing the OS of Google Chrome! This is quite interesting and challenging too. Google Chrome has been designed to help the people who intensely use the Web live for certain purposes viz., email checking, shopping, watching the news online, catching up with pals online and information searching. The attempt of redesigning the OS has been done by Google now.
This Google Chrome OS is primarily beleaguered on the Netbooks than on PC’s. This is an open source and a frivolous OS. The code will be open sourced and the Netbooks operating with the Google Chrome OS will be made available to people in the mid of 2010. The partners of Google have been informed with this project and the work is under progress. With the open source community, the people of Google Chrome will be working and sharing their vision and thus making everyone understand about what they are achieving!

The important features of Google Chrome OS are 3S viz., Simplicity, Speed and Security. The OS is being designed in such a way that it is made lightweight and swift in starting up and Web can be connected into, within few seconds. The interface of the user is very limited and the OS experience can be got over the Web. The security is completely redefined and has been given a new shape to the OS, so that the users don’t have to worry about the malwares, viruses and also the security updates. Only thing that is to be done in this OS is to work on it.

This Google Chrome OS is designed in such a way that it works both on ARM chips as well on the x86. Works on multiple OEM’s are also carried out to output various numbers of Netbooks in the coming year. The architecture of the software is simple i.e. new windowing system on top of the Linux kernel is operated. In this OS all the Web based apps automatically works and thus new apps can be written by means of preferred web expertise. Thus most of the app developers use web as their platform for development.

The apps of Google Chrome runs not only in Google Chrome OS but also in any standard browsers like Mac, Windows and Linux. This gives developers the leading user based platform. This project of Google Chrome OS is completely different from Android project. This OS is being designed to satisfy the Web lovers and also develop its design assorting from Netbooks to desktop systems. In this fast moving world, people want to check their emails instantly without wasting a speck of time on booting their systems and also wait until the browsers to start up! Everybody wants their PC to work like it was working when they had bought it. Accessing the data should be very quick for the people whenever they want it. Even they are not ready to waste their time in configuring the new hardware into their system or any software update. Thus Google Chrome OS helps in all these ways and doesn’t make the user to get bored by its operations.
