Novatech ION – Atom 230 PC Review

Novatech an UK based Computer manufacturer has brought a “Green PC” which entails much lower specifications compared to average computers. This type of “Green PC” which uses minimal power, are best suitable for business persons, students as well as for home users due to the fact that it can handle every day tasks easily and effectively. Green PC is also named as ‘Ion Home PC’.

Monitor

Novatech Ion Home comes with 19” Monitor which has 16:9 HD ratio which is best suited for watching movies, playing games but due to the fact that it requires more scrolling, it is preferred less for work related tasks and internet browsing. Monitor is bit grey in color, also it can be tilted up or down depending upon the suitable viewing position. Small reset button and a red HDD LED are located to the left of the power button. Start up and shut down timings were found out to be 39 and 12 seconds respectively during testing.
