Not so storming Blackberry Storm 9530

The Blackberry Storm 9530 which was supposed to compete with the iPhone allied products disappointed me the most. With a sleek shiny look it lacks the functionality which is deemed as necessity for the present generation phones with the Iphone being an unofficial yardstick. A lot of factors appear to be ignored while navigating and using the applications integrated into the device.

Tech review:

1: 360 x 480 pixels Screen display comprises of tactile capacitive touch screen 65 K colors.
2: Acelerometer sensor for automatic rotational capability.
3: Internal memory storage capacity of 1GB and 128 MB RAM and micro secure digital memory extendible up to 16 GB.
4: Features High-Speed Downlink Packet Access, GPRS, Bluetooth and absence of Wlan.
5: 3.15 Mega Pixel camera with Auto Focus Quarter Video Graphics Array and light emitting diode flash also provided with image stabilization.
6: Geo-Tagging enables you to tag the snaps or the images of the location.
7: Embedded with Blackberry operating system(quite unstable) and 624 MHz CPU.
8: Lithium ion battery with a talk time of 5Hrs.
9: Click Screen Technology enabling for a easier navigation and browsing of menus.
10: QWERTY design is quite cramped.
