  This is the best nokia mobile, I don’t see any fault with this mobile so far the best phone I have every used.

  This mobile is great Value for Money.It has all the good quality for a good Music Phone. But, the problrm with this phone is it’s Camera Picture quality , which is not upto the mark.But, still the images are good, once transfered into PC. It is great asset to have for the money you spent.

  I purchased Nokia 5130 xpress music mobile (blue). It can playback videos in excellent quality in 320×240 resolution even though it supports only 15 frames per second. If you own this mobile, use some good video converters like Ultra MP4 or Mobirise and rip some Divx / DVD movies to MP4/3GP and try it in your mobile once. You will definitely find the value for your money. Also it supports 4GB micro SD. I use the same and loaded with more than 5 full length movies, some video songs and clips. Only drawback is, the earphone which Nokia provided is of poor quality. Buy some good earphone like Apple/Creative/Sony.. and use. And don’t forget to update your phone firmware with the latest one after purchase.

  nokia 5130 is up grade of 5310.its so good mobile.its sound quality is so fair.but its use jad and jar format.could not supoort sis.format.its a problum.but i find it much better.

  Nokia 2700 classic is good competition to Nokia 5130 XpressMusic…it is also cheaper then 5130…watch the Comparison Between Nokia 5130 XpressMusic and Nokia 2700 Classic….nd pick your choice…..here…..

  I have this phone (red) and its pretty good. Great sound, pretty good camera, pretty good battery life etc…The one problem I have is that it freezes alot. I’ve only had it for 3 months and its been doing it ever since. Does anyone know why this might be?

  For those who don’t know how to update the firmware, you need to install this free PC software from Nokia:

  Firmware is the phone’s operating system, an update will sometimes fix bugs and/or add features. Be careful, if you’re not too sure what you’re doing then don’t update the firmware, because if it fails, the phone will stop working. Make sure your battery is full first.

  I’ve nokia 5130 since last 5 months. After updating the firmware now i have flight mode on my phone but i still can’t figure out how to make calls from an individual number silent, while calls from other numbers rings. Someone plz tell me the solution.
