Why the hell, things don’t work out fast with Yahoo & Microsoft??
Yahoo &Microsoft after months of gauche teenage romance has now come to a conclusion to ink a pact. They are still working with the terms and conditions for what they have agreed in the “binding letter agreement” in July. During the authoritarian filing on Wednesday, Yahoo said that Microsoft requires more time to flatten out an authoritative treaty. The accord letter said that both the parties would come into conclusion by October 27, 2009, but due to some complications in transactions, they have still remained vague. Yahoo disclosed this at U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
They still have time, as regulators are pouring over the deal yet!
Microsoft said that the two companies are bound to their agreements. They even said that transactions are complex in nature and are yet to be discussed in detail and also some issues need clear cut clarifications and definite details. They have made clear that some additional time is required by them to work on the remaining details and thus, have mutually agreed to extent the period to negotiate and to execute the agreement.
Microsoft has also mentioned that both of them are very optimistic in finalizing the deal by early 2010.
