How to do Full Body Detox?

Detoxification is the process of expelling the toxin content out of the body. The toxin build up inside the body can happen through air which we inhale, water which we drink, food which we consume, also through our personal habits like alcohol drinking, smoking, chewing tobacco, addiction of drugs and such other sources. These toxins normally are eliminated by the liver and get expelled out of the body through urine. But when this toxin content becomes large enough to act on the liver then it has to undergo a great stress due to the high toxin build up which invites many diseases to get attack on your body. Hence, it is important to take preliminary measures and steps to remove those wastes and accumulated toxins inside the body.
In the beginning of the commencement of the detoxification, you need to avoid consuming solid foods, must ensure the healthy bowel movement by drinking plenty of water so that it helps you to facilitate proper peristalsis inside your body. Next, you can go for fresh fruits and raw vegetables that make your digestion easy, make sure that they won’t leave heavy waste to excrete. You can even consume dairy products especially yogurt along with fresh leafy vegetables that is rich in fiber. This may ease the constipation problem. If you feel like you are experiencing acid reflux problem then have some fruits like apple, cherry, strawberry etc.
Slowly induce some meat products that are enormous in vitamins. It would be an ideal diet that provides essential nutrients and amino acids to your body. Seeds and nuts are also rich in fiber that makes digestion easy. Some of them are flax, almonds, pumpkin, sunflower, cedar, and walnuts are best suited for detoxification. These can clean up your body without leaving undue stress on your kidney and liver.
Garlic is a very good detox diet to have. It is having its own advantages on the functioning of the liver: it causes the liver to produce some additional enzymes for dispersing toxins within the digestive system and also throughout the body. Having green tea instead of coffee and such other things helps you a lot in detoxifying your body. It stimulates the metabolism process since it contains enough anti-oxidants that clean the entire body. Having green tea regularly does not allow your body to build up toxin and prevents the accumulation of toxins inside the body.
