To get Six Pack without going to gym, an individual must perform strength training, cardiovascular training and dieting.

By dieting one can reduce the belly fat. Exercising and dieting helps in burning fat and build muscles. The Six Pack is got by doing exercises where it also helps to increase metabolism and acts as fat burning device.

Exercises should be practiced for each parts of the body. The Six Pack abs exercises like   triceps and biceps curls, leg extensions, squats, crunches and bench presses for abs must be practiced.

Every day eat organic and natural foods like vegetables, fruits and meats like chicken and fish and should be continued life long. For strength training, practice dumbbells, resistance bands like pullups, pec flys and others are used. Build muscles by doing exercises like squats, presses, lunges, pulls, pushes and others. Applying eyebolt to the ceiling or wall is used as point of resistance. So by practicing more exercises continuously, keeps the body fit and strong.

For each type of resistance training exercise, practice 4 to 5 sets out of 10 but should space out each training that is, train different part of the body on different days like train limbs on one day and then on abs, chest and back on another day. Give rest to the body and train every alternate day. The effectiveness of exercises depends whether it is done in the right form and if the form is not right an individual might be injured.

The cardiovascular exercises like walking, swimming, jogging and biking increases the intensity by workouts. By shifting intensity levels, one can burn more calories.
